THE SERVICES AND THE SERVICE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WAWYDO PROVIDES NO GUARANTEES THAT THE SERVICES OR NETWORK WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

The liability of Wawydo cannot be implemented if the performance of one of its obligations is prevented or delayed due to a case of force majeure as defined by article 1218 of the French Civil Code and interpreted by the case law of the French Courts, and in particular, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, malfunction or interruption of the telecommunications network or the electricity network.
