You woke up and found yourself in a mental hospital as a patient, no one believes you are sane, what would you do to prove your sanity and get out?

Just accept the situation and collaborate, the fact that i don't know how i got there is a big red flag on my mental sanity

I'd act as normal as possible, I don't think mental hospitals are in the same state as they were in the 1950s right? if you're not sick you'll be released.. at least I like to believe so

The problem is the medication, wouldn't they force me to take some pills based on whatever documents they have on me? The more I resist the more they will sedate me, I think this is the biggest issue. The medication might even make me go loopy for real !

It depends if you're registered as a voluntary patient or not, because if you are then you can basically request to leave.

Otherwise, I would like to believe that nowadays we went past those dark times when the patients were lab rats, and that you will be carefully monitored and released when you appear to be perfectly sane
