What are we going to do if Chernobyl becomes active again? Do we have a plan?

I think it's very unlikely, the nuclear reactors technology has moved on since then, and the world understands how critical it is to actually predict and manage such incidents

Looking at how is everyone panicking over it during this Ukraine conflict, I think that a second disaster is truly possible. Regarding the plan, I really doubt that we have one, waiting to see if anyone else has an actual answer to this

It isn't something to take lightly but I don't believe that something on a similar scale would happen at Chernobyl
