We found a new distant planet that supports life, and Nasa is asking for volunteers to go populate it and stay there without any way to return, they don't have much information about the life forms that exist there but they know that the weather isn't hostile, would you volunteer ? (assume that we have a way to reach that planet)
Would you go on a no-return space mission to a new world?

I would gladly watch and read every news about that world, however I wouldn't go. It's just too risky. The first population will have it the hardest

If I know we can breath the air and can drink the water there, and that we have with us the means we need to build a colony then I would actually consider going

I wouldn't go with the first wave, I would consider going once a colony is established
