I would probably check if the window is open or an animal or something moved it. 99% of the time there is a simple explanation

If the window is open, I will assume that it's caused by the wind.
If it's not the case, I will stop it from moving then I will stay there watching it, if it starts moving again with no reason, I will get my phone, call someone to tell them what's happening and then I think I will go outside.
