People would start looting stores, banks, private properties..etc
Government officials would do the most harm though, they can basically put all the money in their pockets

I think that anyone who have any access to whatever resource would just exploit it to his benefit, like the bank accounts, weapons..etc.
We would spend a decade trying to fix what happened in this single day
