First thing I would buy a house in USA, France & Japan. Then I would open a few businesses and invest in some stocks. I would later on do whatever comes to my mind

I'd invest at least half the money in several companies & stocks, then spend the rest on myself and my family

I would hire a financial advisor, and an investing professional to help me manage my money. Then I would spend on my self & my family for the rest of our lives and generations to come

I would most definitely start by asking him why did he do that XD
Then yeah, basically what everybody are saying: invest, travel, family...etc
