You're alone at night, suddenly a live stream pops on your screen and you see yourself in it filmed through the window, what would you do?

The thing is, this can go from creepy to life threatening,

So by "pops on your screen" you probably mean I was hacked right? this in itself is already an issue. Then when you see yourself on the stream while alone, that's just beyond horrifying.

For me I would most likely pick the phone and run as fast as I can to a different room and lock myself and call the cops. I don't want to end up as an entertainment show to some mind-twisted dark web viewers

I would try to locate the camera based on the video filming angle. I would call the cops if I make sure it's real, not a prank

In my case I would definitely think that a friend pulling a prank on me. I know I'd be in trouble if this was actually real though
