This is a tough one, by never communicate with anyone does that include writing and hand signals? If it is the case I think I would choose never use any technology 🤷

Technology all the way, can live without people, but I would probably not survive a primitive life without any tools & medication. Not talking to my family is hard though

It's hard to not talk to anyone, but when you think about survival you basically have to go with technology. Our generation isn't equipped to survive a primitive life, we can die without medication

Is medication part of this? well technically the entire chemistry and research in this field is based on tech.. but I don't know it if the OP is talking about products of technology as well?

At this point I would press both because my life would be horrible anyway no matter what I pick, just make it worst
