Immediately try to find a way to get loyal assistants or offshore my job before running the company to the ground

Meet the top executives, get inform my self about how the things are running and what plans are in progress. Meet the engineers from different divisions and understand a big picture view of the tech that we're working on. Call the previous CEO and have him mentor me for as long as he can.. then just do my best I think
